A Pleasing Stroll Through Asia Minor

I'm off to Turkey for three weeks.
I will probably not be posting during that time, but that shouldn't stop any of you from praising me in other online venues.

Please do have fun, and with the Turkish Delight, bring us back some pictures.

I know you will be tempted to pull your little prank with April 1 and all, but don't ware your wetsuit through security. I have seen the photos S. M. Stirling posted on the internet. Yes the first time was funny. It is getting a bit old now.

Ok - vol. 1 & 2 of collected Zelazny just arrived yesterday; thank you so much for making me aware of them a few weeks back in one of your posts. Very much looking forward to plowing through them.

From the title of the post, I'm guessing that WJW has read Eric Newby's A Short Walk in the Hindu Kush. (Highly recommended.)

Enjoy! We spent two weeks in Turkey a couple years back. It was a great vacation in every way --- history, people, sights, and food. Oh yeah, and coffee. Lots of really good, chewy coffee.
